ACHIEVE PEAK PERFORMANCE WITH ADAM HIGHTOWER

Adam Hightower, Owner and MOOV Coach, has over a decade of personal training experience. His NASM certifications, CPT, CSNC, PEC and TRX certified, have helped him understand how to best serve his clientele to get the results they are looking for. Adam is the type of trainer who will not make you do anything he hasn’t done himself so you can trust he trains from experience.

So how am I different?

As an Elite Readiness Coach, I focus on mental resilience, emotional discipline, and mindset mastery—the foundation for achieving peak physical performance. I help Veterans, and First Responders break through mental barriers, develop unshakable confidence, and rewire their mindset for success.

But readiness is more than just mental—it’s also about fueling your body with the right nutrition, optimizing fitness for performance, and mastering recovery. My approach goes beyond traditional training, ensuring you are fully prepared—mentally, physically, and emotionally—for both service and life beyond it.

Beyond my work, I’m a husband, father, actor, content creator and barber. Balancing multiple roles while maintaining my own health, fitness, and personal growth. I know firsthand what it takes to juggle responsibilities without losing resilience. If I can do it all while staying strong, so can you.

UNRAVEL & REBUILD WHAT MATTERS MOST WITH SASHA HIGHTOWER

Sashleigha Hightower, Trauma Support Specialist & Wellness Practitioner, with multiple certificates brings lived experience and deep professional insight to the healing process. While Adam focuses on building physical and mental strength, Sashleigha works at the emotional and subconscious core—helping veterans, survivors, and those silently struggling to process what’s unresolved so they can finally move forward.

Although theory can be helpful, she speaks from what she’s lived—and what she knows is possible. Sasha offers steady, grounded support to help clients feel safe in their bodies, clear in their minds, and strong enough to stop surviving and start truly living.

Trauma isn’t always loud. Sometimes it hides in everyday moments—shutting you down, holding you back, or disconnecting you from the people and life you want. Through her new and unique Clearwork™ sessions, you clear patterns of what’s showing up today so it no longer controls your tomorrow.

Outside of this work, Sashleigha is a mother of five, has a deep passion for creating strong families and relationships, and is a woman who’s rebuilt herself from the inside out. She understands what it means to carry pain and still choose healing, to decide to not only be here but want to fully live, to unravel and rebuild—and she’ll walk with you as you do the same.
